Role Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to produce high impact visual content for live events, corporate Events, exhibitions, concerts, and brand activations. The role focuses on transforming event footage and concepts into engaging videos and motion graphics that enhance audience experience and brand storytelling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit event videos, including highlights, after-movies, teasers, recaps, and promotional content.
- Design and animate motion graphics for LED screens, stage visuals, openings, transitions, countdowns, and overlays.
- Collaborate with event producers, creative directors, and technical teams to align visuals with event themes and brand guidelines.
- Create dynamic content for pre-event promotions, on-site displays, and post-event marketing.
- Sync visuals with music, voiceovers, and live show cues when required.
- Optimize video formats for LED walls, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects under tight event deadlines.
- Maintain an organized workflow for footage, assets, and final deliverables.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics, preferably within the event or live entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related creative tools.
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, visual storytelling, and typography.
- Understanding of event production workflows and LED screen resolutions/aspect ratios.
- Ability to work under pressure during live events and fast turnaround schedules.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale events, concerts, exhibitions, or corporate shows
- Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
- Basic understanding of lighting, stage design, and audiovisual systems.
