We're looking for a creative and fast-moving Video Editor to join Zefmo and create high-performing short-form content for social media platforms. The role involves editing engaging reels, ads, founder-led content, and branded videos while also coordinating directly with clients to understand feedback and ensure smooth delivery.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands internet culture, storytelling, pacing, trends, and platform-native editing styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Create engaging cuts with strong hooks, captions, transitions, sound design, and motion elements
• Work on brand campaigns, product videos, founder content, podcasts, and performance creatives
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand briefs, collect feedback, and manage revisions
• Maintain quick turnaround timelines while ensuring high creative quality
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and content teams to execute campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, memes, and viral formats
• Organize footage, assets, and project files efficiently

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in video editing for social media or digital brands
• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and retention-focused editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Understanding of social media trends and platform behavior
• Experience with motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design is a plus
• Basic knowledge of content strategy and performance marketing is preferred
