Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor located in Noida. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing videos, creating visually compelling motion graphics, conducting video color grading, and contributing to the overall video production process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with creative teams to deliver engaging and high-quality content, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production tools and techniques
- Experience with Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
- Knowledge of Graphics and visual design principles
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in real estate or marketing industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred

Creative Concept Development- Responsibility: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and scripts for video projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.

- Feedback from the creative team and clients on concept alignment.

Static Creative Development- Responsibility: Design and create static visuals (graphics, thumbnails, social media posts) that complement video content and enhance overall campaigns.

- Number of static creatives produced per month.
- Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) on social media posts featuring these static creatives.

Use of Software and Tools- Responsibility: Proficiently use industry-standard video editing software and AI tools to streamline editing processes and enhance creativity.

- Proficiency in major software applications.
- Utilization of AI tools for productivity improvement.

File Management and Organization- Responsibility: Maintain an organized file management system for all video footage, edits, and project documentation.
- Metrics:
- Audit of file organization and retrieval efficiency.
- Reduced time taken to locate assets for projects.

Staying Updated with Trends- Responsibility: Keep abreast of the latest trends in video editing, production techniques, and emerging technologies, including AI tools that can enhance productivity.

Collaboration and Communication- Responsibility: Work closely with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear communication throughout the editing process and incorporate feedback effectively.
