The Roles And Responsibilities Of The Video Editor
- Edit both photos and videos to create engaging content, including selecting music, colour correction, and graphical enhancement such as animations & special effects.
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video editing.
- Create graphical videos of products, incorporating details, and showcasing our sculptures.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute video projects from conception to final delivery.
- Ensure the final product aligns with the brand's style and message.
- Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Implement trending edit techniques, software and tools to produce engaging and innovative video content.
- Review and make necessary corrections to videos based on feedback.
- Organize and archive all video assets and project files for easy access and retrieval.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to produce error-free and high-quality video content.
Qualifications
- Experience:Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality video content for various platforms.
- Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
- Time Management:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
