Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing video content. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing, events, and internal use.
- Add transitions, effects, graphics, subtitles, and sound elements as required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper backup and version control.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, styles, and best practices.
- Color grading, audio balancing, and basic motion graphics creation when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics using After Effects (preferred).
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolution standards.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in shooting video content is a plus.
- Familiarity with YouTube optimization and social media trends.
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator) are an advantage.
