We're an athleisure brand building for the Australian market. Our growth depends heavily on short-form performance creatives Reels, Meta ads, UGC, product drops.

What you will do:

• Edit high-retention Instagram Reels & Meta Ads
• Craft strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Add subtitles, pacing cuts, motion graphics, sound design
• Turn lifestyle footage into conversion-focused creatives
• Deliver multiple edits weekly with fast turnaround

What we are looking for:

• 13 years of editing experience
• Strong grip on Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut
• Understanding of short-form trends and retention editing
• Clean, sharp, modern editing style
• Ability to iterate fast based on feedback

This is not a wedding-video editing role. This is performance marketing.
