Job Summary Vogueshaire is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Wedding Story / Wedding Highlight Editor with a strong creative vision and storytelling skills. The ideal candidate should be socially adept, detail-oriented, and capable of capturing the essence of cinematic wedding coverage by crafting an engaging 810-minute wedding story video. The role requires a deep understanding of music trends, emotional storytelling, and seamless editing to deliver visually compelling wedding films.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Review and analyze raw wedding footage to create a compelling and emotionally engaging wedding story.
- Edit wedding highlight films and story videos with a strong narrative flow.
- Trim footage segments and assemble sequences according to the storyline. Select and synchronize appropriate music, dialogues, and sound effects.
- Manage voice modulation for interviews and speeches to ensure clarity and emotional impact.
- Apply graphics, transitions, color correction, and visual effects to enhance cinematic quality.
- Stay updated with the latest wedding video editing trends, music, and storytelling styles.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the creative team to ensure high quality output.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Wedding Story / Wedding Highlight Editing.
- Strong storytelling and creative visualization skills.
- In-depth knowledge of wedding music trends and sound design.
- Ability to understand emotions, moments, and cultural elements of weddings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Software Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere Pro
