As a Video Editor, you will turn scripts, briefs, and raw content into scroll-stopping, high-converting ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will play a central role in shaping the visual language of our brands and directly influencing the performance of multi-milliondollar ad engines.

We build direct-to-consumer brands at speed - and we are looking for a Video Editor who wants to shape the look, feel, and performance of the ads that power our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Edit high-performing short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube based on detailed creative briefs.
- Interpret scripts, concepts, and references into polished video assets that match the desired emotion, pacing, and performance angle.
- Take creative liberties when appropriateexperimenting with pacing, text overlays, transitions, hooks, UGC styles, etc.
- Work closely with creative strategists to refine edits and iterate through multiple variations at speed.
- Adapt winning ads into new formats, lengths, aspect ratios, and hooks.
- Develop a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: thumb-stop rate, hold rate, watch time, CTR, and ROAS.
- Work with raw footage, motion graphics, AI tools, and stock assets to assemble fast output cycles.
- Maintain an organized project structure and deliver quick turnaround on revisions and new concepts.
- Contribute to the creative testing roadmap by supplying multiple variations and experimental edits.
- (Future) Grow into a senior editor role managing additional editors and overseeing creative quality.
Who Can Apply- Candidates with 15 years of video editing experience (agency, DTC brand, creator, or performance marketing preferred).
- Editors who deeply understand short-form content and the pacing/styles that win on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
- Candidates who have previously edited direct-response or UGC-style ads are strongly preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented editors who can work fast, iterate endlessly, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
