We're Hiring: Video Editor (Hybrid Jaipur)
If you can animate captions that actually feel engaging (not just basic subtitles), this role is for you.
We're looking for a video editor with strong fundamentals and a clear understanding of clean, modern text animation for short-form content.
What you'll work on:
Talking-head videos with dynamic captions
Reels and ad-style short-form edits
Fast-paced, engaging content
This role is best suited for editors with 6 months to 2 years of experience.
You should:
Use Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus)
Understand keyframes and smooth text animation
Sync captions perfectly with speech
Have a good sense of pacing and readability
This is NOT for editors who rely only on auto-captions or heavy presets.
You don't need to be highly advanced, but your basics should be solid and your work should feel clean and intentional.
Job Details:
Hybrid role (Jaipur-based candidates only)
Work with a small, focused team on real client projects
Opportunity to improve quickly with structured feedback
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will receive a practical task (duration - 20-30 seconds) (caption animation + basic edit).
