Job Title: Video Editor & Videographer

Location: Gurgaon | Sector

Employment Type: Full-Time

Mode: WFO, 6 Days (9:30 AM 6:30 PM)

Your Responsibilities

As a Video Editor & Videographer, you will play a key role in building our visual narrative and engaging audiences. You will:

Video Production

Shoot high-quality videos including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, campaigns, and events

Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and sound for both indoor and outdoor shoots

Maintain and manage video equipment

Editing & Post-Production

Edit and produce short-form and long-form content (reels, explainers, interviews, teasers, podcasts, webinars, etc.) for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

Add music, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling

Create and maintain video templates and visual identity styles for brand consistency

Optimize videos for different social platforms based on format, aspect ratio, and trends

Collaborate closely with the social media and design teams for integrated campaigns

Manage video libraries, project files, and backups efficiently

What We're Looking For

12 years of experience in video editing, videography, or multimedia production (internships/freelance also welcome)

Strong portfolio showcasing both editing and shooting skills

Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar

Hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

A creative eye for visual flow, rhythm, and storytelling

Experience editing vertical videos, reels, shorts, and long-form interviews

Openness to feedback and collaboration in a fast-paced setup

Basic knowledge of color correction, audio balancing, and export settings

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience creating videos for NGOs, corporate storytelling, or founder-led brands

Ability to work on motion graphics or animated explainer videos

Experience working in content, design, or marketing teams
