V-Accel AI Dynamics is building advanced SaaS products and enterprise AI solutions for CRM, ERP, HRMS, education, recruitment, and custom software development.
We are looking for a creative Video Specialist who can shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for software demos, explainers, training content, testimonials, social media, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot videos for software demonstrations, product explainers, corporate videos, and social media content
Edit videos with clean transitions, text animations, captions, effects, and sound design
Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand storyboards and required messaging
Create interview-style videos, company culture videos, client case-study videos, and reels
Set up lighting, framing, audio equipment, and ensure professional-quality output
Produce vertical and horizontal versions of videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and website
Maintain a consistent visual brand style across all video content
Convert long videos into short-form reels and highlights
Use AI tools for editing, color grading, noise removal, and content enhancement (optional but preferred)
Must-Have Skills
Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
Basic to intermediate camera operation skills
Good understanding of lighting, framing, and clean audio recording
Ability to edit fast and deliver multiple versions of content
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to handle both shooting and editing independently
Good to Have
Experience creating software demo videos
Experience in motion graphics or basic animation
Experience producing reels and high-engagement social content
Knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Descript, Kapwing, etc.)
Salary Range
20,000 35,000 per month
(Performance-based increments available)
