Role Description This is a full-time, remote Video Editor Unpaid Internship role. The intern will support the production team by editing video content for marketing campaigns, brand stories, product explainers, and social media assets. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, trimming clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, basic color correction, and preparing exports for various platforms. The role may also involve creating simple motion graphics, adding text overlays, integrating brand elements, and collaborating with designers and strategists to maintain a consistent visual style. The intern will participate in review sessions, incorporate feedback from senior team members, and help maintain organized project files and media libraries.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in video creation, including Video Production and Video Editing.
- Ability to enhance visual quality using Video Color Grading and basic post-production refinement.
- Experience or interest in Motion Graphics and Graphics to support titles, overlays, and branded assets.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or similar for motion graphics).
- Attention to detail, strong sense of visual storytelling, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Portfolio, showreel, or sample projects demonstrating video editing or motion work (academic, personal, or freelance) is highly preferred.
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in film, media, design, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
