We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into high-quality video content that aligns with project goals and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, technical editing expertise, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into finished productions.

• Trim clips and arrange sequences according to scripts or creative direction.

• Add transitions, graphics, animations, captions, and visual effects.

• Synchronize audio, music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

• Perform color correction and color grading.

• Ensure video quality, consistency, and brand compliance.

• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, designers, and producers.

• Export videos in various formats for different platforms.

• Organize and maintain video files and project assets.

• Stay updated with video editing trends and platform requirements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software such as:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe After Effects

  • DaVinci Resolve

  • Final Cut Pro

• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression.

• Motion graphics and basic animation skills.

• Audio editing and sound design knowledge.

• Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.

• Time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (optional for many roles).

• Portfolio demonstrating editing work.

• Experience with social media content creation.

• Knowledge of photography, videography, or graphic design is a plus.
