About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team at our Sargasan, Gandhinagar office.

The Video Editor will be responsible for creating engaging and professional video content for social media, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, training materials, promotional content, and other digital platforms.

You will work closely with our designers, marketers, content team, and subject-matter experts to transform raw footage and creative concepts into high-quality videos that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.

This is a full-time, on-site position, so candidates must be comfortable working from our Gandhinagar office.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit video content for social media, marketing, promotional campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Assemble and organize raw footage into engaging and well-structured videos.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, and other visual elements where required.
- Perform professional color correction and color grading.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, overlays, captions, and basic graphics.
- Improve and optimize audio quality, including background music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Adapt videos into different formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all video content.
- Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into clear visual stories.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, content creators, and other team members.
- Review and refine videos based on feedback.
- Organize project files, footage, assets, and final deliverables efficiently.
- Ensure final videos meet professional quality standards before delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production.
- Good understanding of Color Correction and Color Grading.
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation.
- Ability to create and work with titles, captions, overlays, and basic graphic elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Or similar professional editing tools
- Good understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, frame rates, and aspect ratios.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and follow brand guidelines.
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

Education & Experience

Candidates with education or training in Film, Media, Video Production, Design, Multimedia, or a related field are preferred.

Relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Freshers with strong practical editing skills and an impressive portfolio may also apply.
