Thought Kitli is looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into engaging, high-quality video content for brands and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, brand films, promotional videos, and event content.
• Handle podcast and interview editing, including multi-camera edits, audio synchronisation, subtitles, graphics, and short-form clips.
• Create engaging videos using motion graphics, transitions, typography, sound design, and visual effects.
• Use AI-powered video and creative tools to develop innovative reels, animations, visual effects, and social-first content.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos and social media assets.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Content Teams to bring creative briefs to life.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Strong video editing and storytelling skills with a good understanding of pacing, composition, and sound.
• Experience in Reels, short-form content, podcasts, interviews, and digital videos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, and AI-based creative tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant video work is required.
