We're looking for a Creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling and technical expertise in post-production. You will be responsible for editing, adding texts and color grading high-quality video content from raw footage (including Log footage) to polished final exports ready for publication.
What You'll Do
- Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content.
- Work with Log footage and perform professional color correction and grading to achieve cinematic looks.
- Collaborate with videographers and the creative team to ensure seamless storytelling.
- Review shooting scripts and raw footage to create shot decision lists for continuity and flow.
- Add graphics, titles, animations, effects and rotoscoping where needed to enhance storytelling.
- Manage and organize media files, project timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Consult with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, color, and overall style across all video projects.
- Stay up to date with new AI editing tools, plug-ins, and explore industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years in Video Editing.
- Education: Any (we value skill and creativity over formal credentials).
- Softwares: Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve ( Fusion ), Premiere Pro
Optional: Blender (for 3D compositing and motion graphics)
Skills:
- Kinetic typography, Sound Design, Strong understanding of color theory and LUT workflows.
- Experience editing Log footages, Solid grasp of video composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly to creative direction.
- Good communication skills and willingness to take feedback.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your editing work ( applications without a portfolio will not be considered )
