Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for crafting visually engaging video content for brand films, advertisements, and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into polished videos, synchronizing audio and video, trimming and sequencing clips, and adding transitions and basic visual effects. The role also includes collaborating closely with directors, producers, and designers to understand project objectives, maintain brand consistency, and deliver content aligned with creative briefs and timelines. The Video Editor will support color correction and grading, prepare exports in required formats, and help optimize videos for platforms such as YouTube, social media, and other digital channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic Graphics for visual refinement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand impact.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound-to-picture alignment.
• Ability to collaborate within a creative team, accept feedback, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in film, media, visual communication, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
• Prior experience editing content for brands, advertisements, or digital platforms is an advantage.
