Video Editor

We're looking for a creative storyteller with strong video editing skills, an eye for fashion, and excellent communication skills to bring The Veshti Company's content to life.

We regularly work with videographers to capture fresh footage. Your primary responsibility will be to turn that footage into polished, professional videos for ads, reels, product launches, and social media.

What you'll do

• Work with footage from multiple shoots to create compelling videos that highlight our clothing, its details, and how it moves.
• Handle editing, colour grading, sound design, captions, and transitions to deliver a consistent, professional finish.
• Create different hooks, cuts, and formats for paid ads and organic social content.
• Manage the social media content calendar, write engaging captions, schedule posts, and respond to comments and messages in the brand's voice.
• Coordinate with our creative team and videographers, clearly communicate briefs and feedback, and identify footage needed for upcoming content.
• Track content performance and use those insights to improve future edits and ideas.

Who we're looking for

• A strong portfolio of video edits, preferably for fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
• A good understanding of pacing, storytelling, visual consistency, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take ownership from raw footage to published content.
• An interest in experimenting with AI creative tools and motion graphics is a plus.
