Responsibilities:
- Edit video content for a range of projects including podcasts, documentaries, and short informative reels.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project visions and execute them effectively.
- Ensure seamless storytelling through skillful editing, pacing, and sequencing.
- Utilize the latest editing software and techniques to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Provide creative input on pre-production and production to improve the final product.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio featuring diverse projects, especially in podcasts, documentaries, and short informative content.
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to offer new ideas and concepts for enhancing visual storytelling.
