Location:- Goa

The Stack is a clinically grounded consumer health brand that builds supplements around evidence, transparency, and long-term outcomes rather than trends or hype.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for editing both short-form and long-form video content, including:

  • Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
  • Edit long-form content for YouTube, podcasts, and educational formats
  • Adapt long-form content into multiple high-performing short clips
  • Edit with a strong sense of pacing, hooks, retention, and platform-native storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with the brand marketing and content team to ship consistently and quickly
  • Maintain visual consistency through typography, captions, transitions, and basic motion design
  • Iterate fast based on performance feedback and creative direction

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of how editing styles differ across Instagram and YouTube
  • Proven experience editing social-first content (not just ads or films)
  • Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and attention economics
  • Good eye for design, typography, and clean on-screen text
  • Ability to turn around edits quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable working with feedback and rapid iteration cycles

Tools & Skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar
  • Experience with subtitles, captions, and motion text for social content
  • Ability to manage multiple edits and deadlines simultaneously
  • Organized file management and clean workflows

Bonus Points

  • Experience editing for science, fitness, wellness, or education-focused creators
  • Familiarity with YouTube retention metrics and short-form performance signals
  • Understanding of what performs well organically vs what feels like an ad
  • Ability to suggest creative edits or explain why something won't work on a platform
