The Podcasting Company is growing, and we're looking for a video editor who's excited to work in the podcasting and personal branding space. If you enjoy editing conversational content, creating snappy social media clips, and experimenting with formats that actually grab attention, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Working On- Editing long-form podcast episodes
- Creating short-form reels, YT shorts, and social clips from podcast conversations
- Adding subtitles, captions, templates, and doing basic motion graphics
- Cleaning up audio/video inconsistencies to improve final output
- Helping the team maintain a smooth post-production workflow
- Sometimes assisting with shoots, basic setup, or prep (optional, but a plus)
What We're Looking For- Basic to intermediate skill in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci (Premiere preferred)
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and short-form content culture
- Ability to work on tight timelines without compromising quality
- A good ear for clean audio (you'll learn more here anyway!)
- Eagerness to take feedback and improve fast
- Bonus: Experience with YouTube/podcasts/creator-style editing
