Short Form Video Editor
Your Mission
To transform iThrive's clinical breakthroughs, academy insights, and supplement science into
thumb-stopping educational assets. You'll be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality video
content across social media, marketing campaigns, product shoots, and brand films.
What You'll Do
- Narrative Engineering: Convert long-form podcasts and clinical case studies into high-impact
vertical videos (Reels/Shorts).
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use engagement metrics to refine hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
- Cross-Vertical Synergy: Create distinct visual styles for Alive, Academy, and Essentials.
- AI Integration: Utilize ethical AI tools for color grading, noise reduction, and captioning.
Required Competencies
- Strong psychological hooks in first 3 seconds
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to simplify complex functional medicine concepts
- Excellent English with error-free subtitles
What We're Looking For
- 13 years experience in video editing and post-production
- Passion for experimenting with editing styles
- Ability to work fast and deliver quality consistently
Bonus Points If You
- Experience with AI video tools
- Camera handling and lighting knowledge
- Strong portfolio
