We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who understands short-form content, ad creatives, and performance marketing. This is not just a reels editor role we need someone who can create content that converts.
Responsibilities:
Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & ad creatives
Create performance-driven Facebook & Instagram ad videos
Add captions, hooks, motion graphics & sound design
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
Collaborate with marketing team for content strategy
Deliver projects on strict deadlines
Requirements:
1+ year experience in video editing
Strong command of Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar professional tools)
Understanding of hooks, retention, and ad psychology
Basic knowledge of social media trends
Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur
