Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Ludhiana. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including organizing raw footage, editing sequences, adding transitions, and refining storytelling for digital platforms. The role includes color grading, basic sound alignment, and integrating motion graphics or graphic elements to enhance visual impact. The Video Editor will collaborate with creative, marketing, and design teams to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities also include managing project timelines, exporting videos in required formats, and maintaining an organized asset library.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling raw footage into polished, engaging content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of videos.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand identity.
• Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings for web, social media, and other digital channels.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a good sense of pacing, music, and timing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio or showreel is required.
