Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhopal. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with Sygnific Careers brand and educational objectives, including promotional content, learning modules, and social media videos. Daily tasks include assembling and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, graphics, and subtitles, and optimizing videos for various platforms and formats. The role also involves collaborating with content creators, trainers, and marketing team members to interpret briefs, refine visual storytelling, and ensure consistent quality and messaging. The Video Editor will manage media assets, maintain organized project files, and stay current with video trends and tools that enhance learner engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to work with motion graphics and basic animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Canva, or similar platforms).
• Experience with audio editing, sound mixing, and integration of voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, resolution standards, and optimization for web and social media channels.
• Skill in visual storytelling, pacing, and structuring educational and promotional video content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in organizing digital assets, maintaining project timelines, and managing multiple editing projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and openness to learning new tools and techniques in video production.
• Prior experience in educational, training, or career development content is an advantage.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in film, media, communication, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
