Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Pune City. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into compelling videos that communicate the foundation's mission, campaigns, and impact across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing video projects from concept to final delivery, performing cuts and transitions, adding sound, color correcting and grading, and incorporating motion graphics and visual elements where needed. The role involves collaborating with program teams, communications staff, and graphic designers to develop storyboards, refine messaging, and ensure consistent branding. The Video Editor will also organize and maintain video assets, optimize content for various platforms, and support the creation of content for events, social media, and donor communications.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, infographics, and visual storytelling.
• Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
• Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, sound design, and audience engagement.
• Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A diploma or degree in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial; prior experience in the social sector or non-profit storytelling is an added advantage.
