Company Description Source Code Lab (SCL) is an AI Consulting Services and iGaming company based in India and Dubai.

Role Description This is a full-time, PERSONAL BRANDING, on-site Video Editor role based in Ahmedabad. The Video Editor will plan, produce, and edit video content for the founder's personal brand across social media, on: Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), Threads and LinkedIn. Day-to-day responsibilities include capturing the founder's journey, assembling raw footage, creating engaging cuts, applying color grading, adding motion graphics, and ensuring brand-consistent visual storytelling.

The role involves close collaboration with the founder to understand objectives, refine scripts, select music and sound effects, and deliver videos optimized for various digital platforms.

The Video Editor will also maintain organized media libraries, follow project timelines, and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall content quality.

NOTE: The Video Editor MUST be well-versed with Generative AI tools. Especially: Claude, HeyGen and ElevenLabs

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and assemble high-quality video content.
• Strong understanding and daily use of Generative AI tools, especially: Claude, HeyGen and ElevenLabs.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and enhance the overall look and feel of footage.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to develop engaging intros, overlays, transitions, and visual elements.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, formats, and optimization for web, social media, and mobile platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines and tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in gaming or tech is a plus.
