Job Summary:

Social Saga is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 2–4 years of experience to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and engaging social media content.

Key Responsibities:

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand projects.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop videos based on briefs and concepts.
• Create engaging edits using transitions, effects, motion graphics, text animations, sound design, and colour correction.
• Edit and adapt content for different platforms and formats, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and creative requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, transitions, and visual effects.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, colour correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the creative team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a creative agency, social media agency, digital marketing company, or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of short-form content and current social media trends.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.
