We work across Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation, Technology, and Business Operations to turn complex data into meaningful insights and actionable outcomes.

As we grow our digital presence, we're looking for someone who can help us create compelling content and build our social media presence.

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor & Social Media Growth Specialist with strong experience in podcast editing, short-form content, and social media management.

You'll work closely with the founder to create, publish, optimize, and grow content across multiple platforms.

Podcast & Video Editing

• Edit long-form podcasts for YouTube.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and social clips.
• Identify strong hooks and high-value moments.
• Handle captions, B-roll, motion graphics, audio, transitions, and color correction.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity.

Social Media Growth

• Manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube & Facebook.
• Plan content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Research trends, formats, hooks, and audience interests.
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific content.
• Track analytics, engagement, watch time, and audience growth.
• Continuously test and improve content performance.

Content Development

• Work directly with the founder on podcast and content ideas.
• Create content around AI, Business Intelligence, Technology, Entrepreneurship, SaaS, and Business Growth.
• Own the workflow from idea → editing → publishing → performance analysis.

• 3–4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in podcast, YouTube, Reels & Shorts editing.
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Understanding of storytelling, hooks, retention, audio, captions, and motion graphics.
• Practical experience with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook.
• Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.
• Strong creativity, communication, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Portfolio is required.

Preferred: Experience with founders, personal brands, startups, SaaS, business podcasts, YouTube SEO, thumbnails, AI content tools, and Canva/Photoshop.

In addition to the fixed CTC, performance-based incentives will be provided based on measurable contribution, including:

• Audience & follower growth
• Content reach and engagement
• Video views and watch time
• Audience retention
• Content consistency and quality
• Successful campaigns and overall content performance

High-performing candidates can earn additional incentives over and above their fixed compensation.

Candidates must have their own reliable laptop suitable for professional video editing, rendering, and content creation.
