Shortform Video Editor (Reels) + Graphic Design Skills

We're looking for a creative Shortform Video Editor who can produce engaging Reels, product clips, ad creatives, and social content for Koorsi & Company. Someone who understands modern design aesthetics and can translate our brand vibe into scroll-stopping visuals and can work with AI tools to enhance content quality and speed.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, product videos, promos, ads)
- Create graphic design elements for social media posts, banners, and campaigns
- Use AI tools for editing, ideation, visual enhancement, and content generation
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life
- Maintain brand consistency across all content
- Stay updated with trends, sounds, transitions, and editing styles
- Deliver high-quality content with quick turnaround
Requirements
- Strong experience with short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok style)
- Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
- Good graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Sora, CapCut AI, Photoshop AI, etc.
- Understanding of social media trends and storytelling
- Creative mindset + attention to detail
- Portfolio of previous work (mandatory)
Bonus Skills
- Basic motion graphics & Blender Skilss
- Experience with product photography/videography
- Knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices
Key Qualifications
- Strong portfolio in video editing, motion graphics & visual design
- Design degree is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Creative Suite
- Good sense of layout, typography & trending audio/reel formats
- Attention to detail, time management & team collaboration
- Bonus: Experience in furniture or lifestyle brands
- Experience using AI tools for ad creatives, motion graphics, and performance-based content creation.
- Ability to integrate AI insights into content strategy for improved engagement and faster production.
