What are we building
We are building an AI native agency to help D2C brands produce AI video ads for Meta at scale.
D2C marketing teams today need dozens of new ads every week, but producing that volume manually is slow, expensive, and hard to sustain. We solve this by combining AI, internal automations, and human judgment to generate ads at scale.
Our focus is not on generic AI content. We build hyper-realistic, performance-driven video creatives that are designed to convert (We are one of the best in India right now)
Long term, we're building an AI-native marketing agency (Think Ogilvy or Dentsu, but rethought for an AI-first world)
Where do you fit in
AI has made generation easier. That makes editing the bottleneck.
This role is critical.
You'll be our first full-time video editor. And editing will become one of our core in-house capabilities.
This is not just another editing role inside a large creative team. You'll help define how editing works in an AI-native workflow.
