Video Editor

We're looking for a skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention content for YouTube and social media. If you understand pacing, storytelling, and what keeps people watching - you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms

* Work on long-form (podcasts/interviews) and short-form (reels/shorts) content

* Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance videos

* Ensure smooth pacing, storytelling, and audience retention

* Collaborate with the team to understand content goals and deliver accordingly

* Manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule

Requirements

* 1–2+ years of video editing experience

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

* Basic knowledge of After Effects (for motion graphics)

* Good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics

* Understanding of social media formats and trends

* Ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly

Good to Have

* Experience with YouTube or creator-led content

* Knowledge of subtitles styling and retention editing

* Basic color grading and audio balancing skills
