Job Description

We're looking for a creative Short-Form Video Editor who lives and breathes reels, UGC content, and high-performing ads. If you love editing for Meta/Google/Amazon and know how to stop the scroll, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Edit attention-grabbing short-form videos.
  • Create high-CTR creatives for paid ads (Meta + Google).
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop for polished output.
  • Use AI tools (HeyGen, Descript, Runway, Opus) to speed up workflows.
  • Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, VFX-lite as needed.
  • Repurpose long-form content into sharp, high-converting short videos.
  • Work with our marketing & creative teams to test hooks, variations, and ad formats.
  • Deliver fast multiple versions, multiple hooks, multiple formats.

Who You Are

  • 01 year of experience (freshers with strong portfolio welcome).
  • Strong grip on Adobe Suite + basic color grading + audio cleanup.
  • Understands what performs in ads: hooks, pacing, retention tactics, meme timing.
  • Eager to learn, experiment and grow in a fast-paced D2C + digital brands environment.
  • Obsessed with trends, storytelling, and ad-first editing.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / YouTube Ads creatives.
  • Interest in D2C or spiritual wellness (bonus!).
  • Ability to script hooks or brainstorm creative ideas.
