We're looking for a video editor who gets performance-style editing and is excited to grow with a fast-moving team.
What you'll be working on- Talking head ad edits for coaches and consultants
- Educational short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style)
- Webinar and masterclass promo videos
- B-roll based storytelling edits to make content feel alive
- Variations for ads (different hooks, pacing, intros, formats)
You're a great fit if you can do this- Make talking head footage feel fast, clean, and engaging
- Add pattern interrupts without making it look cheesy
- Use subtitles, zooms, cuts, b-roll, sound design with taste
- Understand the difference between a normal edit and an ad edit
- Create and integrate AI-generated B-roll videos (not just images)
- Work with feedback fast, and improve version by version
Tools you must be confident in- Adobe Premiere Pro (strong)
- After Effects (for motion graphics, text animations, smooth elements)
- AI tools for video generation + creative workflows for B-roll
- Bonus if you're comfortable with: Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut (as needed)
