The Role

We are looking for a Video Editor with technical precision and a genuine sense of visual storytelling. You will edit content spanning master artist profiles, workshop reels, product showcases, and brand campaigns. If you have an eye for art, a feel for pacing, and know what makes someone stop scrolling, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns — raw footage to final export
• Cut Reels, artist story videos, workshop highlights, and product showcases that are visually compelling and platform-optimised
• Colour grade to capture the richness and authenticity of Indian folk and tribal art
• Edit audio — balancing music, voiceovers, ambient sound, and effects
• Create motion graphics, lower thirds, and title cards in After Effects
• Work with the creative team to turn briefs into strong visual narratives, on time
• Keep project files, footage, and assets organised for easy handoffs
• QC every cut — transitions, audio levels, pacing, and export specs — before publishing

What We're Looking For

• Strong storytelling and cinematic sense — shot composition, pacing, and timing
• Sharp eye for colour grading, especially vivid, culturally rich palettes
• Solid audio editing skills
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve a plus
• Good time management and organisation across multiple projects
• Creative problem-solving under deadline

Nice to Have

• Experience editing for an art, culture, travel, or lifestyle brand.
• Motion graphics or animation skills beyond standard templates.
• Willingness to assist with on-location shoots when needed.
