We're a fast-growing social media agency working with brands that want quality, consistency, and results. And we're looking for a Video Editor who's serious about their craft.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Editing short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn (Reels, Shorts, talking-head videos, brand content).
- Creating clean, modern, high-retention edits. No overediting, just smart storytelling.
- Organizing footage, maintaining timelines, and delivering on time.
- Working closely with the content & strategy team to bring concepts to life.
- Trying new formats, styles, and ideas.
- Occasionally engage with short-form content shooting.
WHAT WE WANT:
- Someone who lives inside Premiere Pro or other professional editing software
- Someone who watches content trends because they enjoy it, not because the job demands it.
- Someone with a growth mindset who loves to improve fast.
- Someone who is disciplined, reliable, and hungry to level up their skills.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT:
- Freelancers or Work From Home Editors
SKILL REQUIREMENT:
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention.
- Good with the English language and content
- Ability to edit clean talking-head videos with quality visuals, subtitles, and engaging rhythm.
- Basic motion graphics knowledge is a bonus, not mandatory.
- A portfolio that shows effort, not perfection.
OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
- Location: In-office, Rajkot
- Time: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM (with 1-hour break)
- Salary: 14k - 25k (Based on skill, discipline, mindset and consistency)
- Experience: 02 years (skill matters more than resume)
