Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor to create impactful visual content that strengthens brand storytelling and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and creative concept development, with prior experience working in the automobile industry. This role requires someone who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives across digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand initiatives.
• Edit and enhance raw footage into engaging, polished videos with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments aligned with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, design, and client servicing teams to deliver impactful visual content.
• Produce promotional videos, product showcases, launch films, and social media content for automotive brands and campaigns.
• Incorporate motion elements, visual effects, typography, color grading, and audio enhancements to elevate content quality.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across all video and motion assets.
• Optimize video content for various digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Prior experience working on automobile brands or within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related creative tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience creating high-performing content for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D design and animation software.
• Knowledge of automotive videography, product visualization, and vehicle-focused content creation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and creative workflows.
• Experience with advanced motion graphics techniques, VFX, and After Effects expressions.
• Understanding of video production workflows, shooting techniques, and post-production processes.

Portfolio Requirement

A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, and campaign work is mandatory. Candidates with automotive industry projects in their portfolio will be given preference.
