Job Profile:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing video content for social media and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This role requires creativity, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and a solid understanding of current video trends, formats, and platform-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory) in Film, Media Studies, Communications, Design, or a related field

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar

Basic motion graphics/animation knowledge is a plus

Experience creating short-form content (reels, shorts, stories, etc.)

A good understanding of video pacing, transitions, color grading, and audio balancing

Creative mindset with the ability to follow brand guidelines

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines

A portfolio or showreel showcasing your editing work is mandatory

Performance Expectations:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, brand campaigns, and marketing materials

Trim and sync audio/video, apply transitions, text, overlays, and visual effects

Reformat videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Work closely with creative leads and content strategists to align edits with brand tone and objectives

Source and organize stock footage, music, and other digital assets

Stay updated on trending video formats, styles, and platform best practices

Manage video files and projects with attention to structure and timelines
