Role Description The Ads Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing short-form video ads tailored for social media and digital campaigns. This full-time role is based on-site in Delhi, India, and involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams to develop engaging video concepts aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, adding motion graphics, optimizing color and sound, and adapting content for different platforms and formats. The Ads Video Editor will also manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organized file workflows, and contribute creative ideas to improve performance-driven video content.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic sound optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for social media and digital ads.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, and performance-driven creative best practices.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate in a team environment, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; portfolio of prior work is required.
