What You'll Do:
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling, high-quality content tailored for our platforms
- Craft narrative-driven videos with engaging pacing, sound design, transitions, and visual effects
- Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, and marketing teams to ensure the storytelling aligns with brand goals and resonates with audiences
- Interpret creative briefs into videos that spark interest and drive engagement
- Infuse storytelling into every frame—this role goes beyond product videos; it's about crafting meaningful narratives
- Stay up to date with video trends, editing styles, AI-assisted tools, and creative techniques to keep content fresh and innovative
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in video editing with a strong background in narrative-style content (e.g., YouTube scripting videos, storytelling formats)
- Proven expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; experience with Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- Proficiency in AI-based visual tools such as Runway, Luma, Midjourney, Leonardo, and Kling — must know how to write effective prompts and integrate AI assets into video
- Strong understanding of video storytelling principles — pacing, tone, scene composition, and character-driven narratives
- A solid portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your ability to weave narratives through visuals
- Experience with generative AI workflows and visual content creation using Gen AI tools — required
- Background in filmmaking or creative direction is a plus
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment
