Picky Vibe LLP is a growing digital marketing & video production agency looking for a skilled Video Editor who can create high-quality, engaging content across short-form and long-form formats for multiple platforms.
Role Description
- Edit both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube, ads etc)
- Use basic to advanced cuts, pacing, and storytelling to maintain viewer retention
- Add motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and transitions
- Understand content flow and enhance videos beyond raw footage
- Collaborate with content and marketing team to execute creative ideas
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro etc.)
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention
- Knowledge of different content styles across platforms
- Ability to handle both basic fast-paced edits and detailed long-form projects
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Proactive and execution-focused
