Job SummaryONUS Inventory is looking for a Junior Video Editor who can create clear, detailed, and engaging training videos for liquor store owners across the United States. This role requires a strong understanding of video production, editing, and user-focused communication to explain product features in a simple, structured, and practical manner.
The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex software workflows into easy-to-follow training content while maintaining a professional and brand-consistent presentation style.
Key Responsibilities- Create detailed product training videos for ONUS Inventory modules tailored to U.S.-based liquor store owners
- Plan video scripts, screen flows, and AI narration to ensure clarity and logical progression
- Record screen walkthroughs and voiceovers for web-based applications
- Edit videos by trimming, merging, and enhancing sections for better engagement and comprehension
- Add transitions, callouts, highlights, zoom-ins, captions, and annotations where required
- Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy
- Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and instructional quality across all training materials
- Update existing videos when features or workflows change
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in creating training, explainer, or product walkthrough videos
- Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Adobe Audition
- OR equivalent tools like Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Ability to edit videos mid-flow (cutting, inserting, re-recording, and restructuring content)
- Strong understanding of how users interact with web applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience working with SaaS products or POS / inventory systems is a strong plus
Preferred / Good to Have- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user behavior
- Ability to suggest improvements to workflows based on user experience
- Familiarity with screen recording tools such as Loom or similar
- Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails or in-video visuals
