Noa is a VC-backed, root-cause health brand changing that narrative through our proprietary care model. We are building the go-to brand for women's metabolic health in India.

We are looking for a versatile, growth-minded Video Editor & Visual Designer to lead our end-to-end creative production—spanning video editing, in-house shoots, and graphic design. You will turn raw footage and brand ideas into high-converting performance ads, viral organic content, sleek web design assets, and marketing collateral that directly drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• End-to-End Video Editing: Cut, edit, and optimize fast-paced video content (Reels, Meta/Google UGC ads, Shorts) engineered for high retention, high CTR, and maximum conversion.
• In-House Shooting & Direction: Handle camera, lighting, and audio setups to shoot raw video content with internal creators, product visuals, and clinical expert breakdowns.
• Multi-Platform Graphic Design: Design static and motion graphics for performance ad variations, organic social feeds, website banners, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Performance & Ad Iteration: Collaborate with performance marketers to analyze creative ROAS, CTR, and hook rates to continuously test and iterate on winning visual formats.
• AI Tool Integration: Leverage modern AI tools (Higgsfield, Gemini/Omni workflows, etc.) and Adobe Creative Cloud to accelerate asset creation, motion design, and output speed.

• 1–3 Years Experience in video editing, graphic design, and video production for D2C brands, performance agencies, or consumer tech startups.
• Full-Stack Creative Skillset: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, paired with hands-on camera and studio shoot capabilities.
• Growth & Conversion Mindset: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, direct-response design principles, ad hooks, and high-speed execution.
