In this role, you will craft engaging videos and infographics tailored for formats such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced in producing professional-grade content, demonstrates a keen visual sense, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form videos and animated infographics for social media platforms, primarily focusing on Instagram Reels and Shorts.
- Brainstorm, storyboard, and execute original video concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Implement brand guidelines, visual storytelling techniques, and dynamic editing styles to maintain consistent quality.
- Collaborate closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign strategies.
- Adapt creative content based on feedback and performance insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating professional-grade short-form videos for digital platforms (please provide a portfolio or examples).
- Proficient with industry-standard video editing software (e. g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong sense of design, typography, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Intuitive editing skills; ability to proactively propose ideas and solutions.
- Familiarity with trends and best practices in mobile-first, vertical video content.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of 1 to 2 years in creating infographics and animated content for social media.
- Knowledge of basic colour correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
- Awareness of the latest Instagram Reels, Shorts, and TikTok trends.
