We're hiring: Video Editor (AI & Short-Form Specialist)

At NetPuppys, a digital marketing company working with brands across India, Dubai, and the US, video isn't an afterthought. It's what drives our campaigns. We're looking for an editor who thinks in hooks, edits for retention, and uses AI to move faster than everyone else.
What you'll do
→ Edit Reels, Shorts, and performance ads that people actually stop for
→ Build scroll-stopping hooks with pattern interrupts, curiosity gaps, and trending formats
→ Use AI across your workflow: Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Opus Clip & more
→ Create multiple hook variations for A/B testing and see what converts
→ Turn long-form content into high-performing short clips
→ Stay on top of trending audio, edit styles, and platform shifts every week
What you bring
2–4 years of video editing experience (agency experience is a big plus)
Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve + CapCut; After Effects is a bonus
Hands-on experience with AI video and audio tools
A real understanding of pacing, retention, and platform formats
A portfolio that shows off your hooks
