Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram.

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and brand storytelling, ensuring alignment with NeoFinity’s visual identity and messaging.

Day-to-day work includes assembling raw footage, refining narrative flow, adding transitions and effects, applying color correction, and collaborating with designers, writers, and marketers to deliver polished, engaging videos.

The role also involves creating motion graphics elements, optimizing videos for different platforms and formats, and maintaining an organized asset library for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and motivated to experiment with new styles that elevate NeoFinity’s brand.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end video projects.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with an eye for consistent visual tone and high-quality finishing.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand impact.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse video work, including short-form, social content, and product-focused videos.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs into effective video content.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; experience in fintech or tech startups is a plus.
