Role Description

We're looking for a Video Editor who understands the rhythm of social media and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-performing content.

In this role, you'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce short-form video content for Instagram and digital campaigns across multiple client accounts.

Your work will help brands capture attention in the first few seconds and keep audiences watching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, ads, and social media content
  • Add captions, motion elements, sound design, and transitions that enhance storytelling
  • Collaborate with the creative team to execute content ideas and campaigns
  • Ensure videos are optimized for social media engagement and retention
  • Manage multiple client projects and meet quick turnaround timelines
  • Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience working as a video editor with clients or in a digital/creative agency
  • Strong understanding of Instagram content formats and short-form video editing
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience editing social media ads or branded content
  • Understand viral editing patterns, hooks, and retention techniques
  • Enjoy experimenting with new formats and creative ideas
