Role Overview

We're looking for a Video Creator who lives and breathes travel, storytelling, and socialmedia. You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content thatcaptures destinations, experiences, and emotions and turns them into scroll-stoppingstories across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form travel videos

Create reels, shorts, and videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, website, and ads

Capture destination highlights, hotels, experiences, behind-the-scenes, and travellermoments

Translating itineraries and experiences into compelling visual narratives

Editing & post-production

Edit videos with strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, and music

Adapt content for different formats (Reels, Stories, YouTube, Ads)

Maintain brand tone, colour grading, and visual consistency

Strategy & Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns andlaunches

Understand travel trends, social media formats, and audience behaviour

Suggest creative ideas, hooks, and formats that drive engagement and enquiries

On-Ground & Travel Shoots (if applicable)

Travel to destinations, hotels, and experiences to capture content

Coordinate shoots during familiarization trips, client journeys, and partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Video Creator / Videographer / Video Editor

Strong proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinciResolve

Solid understanding of social media video formats and trends

Eye for storytelling, composition, rhythm, and detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Passion for travel and visual storytelling

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands

Basic knowledge of photography and drone videography

Motion graphics, text animation, or sound design skills

Understanding performance-driven content (ads, leads, conversions)
