Originally Desi is a premium heritage farm-to-fork brand specializing in A2 ghee, cold-pressed oils, and wildforest honey, committed to authentic storytelling and visual excellence. We are seeking a team of highly creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designers to join our team in Gurugram. This paid position can be structured as an internship or a full-time role, depending on experience and commitment.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand's digital presence through visually compelling video content and motion graphics, working closely with the marketing and content teams to craft engaging narratives across platforms.

Video Editing:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and brand stories, ensuring narrative clarity and emotional impact.

Motion Graphics Creation:

• Design and integrate motion graphics, animation, text overlays, and visual effects in alignment with brand guidelines and content objectives.

Campaign Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing strategists and content creators to conceptualize, storyboard, and produce video assets tailored for specific campaigns, product launches, testimonials, and founder narratives.

Platform Adaptation:

• Adapt videos and motion assets for diverse digital platforms including Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, and ads, optimizing for each platform's audience and technical standards.

Quality Control:

• Maintain brand consistency, high production standards, and timely delivery across all video projects; implement review feedback efficiently.

Content Innovation:

• Research industry and competitor visual trends to propose fresh ideas and formats for engaging content.

Asset Management:

• Organize and manage all video assets, project files, and backups using efficient workflows for easy retrieval and collaboration.

• Proven experience in video editing (internships, freelance, or full-time roles); a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative flair and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in professional video editing and motion graphics software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro; familiarity with AI tools and Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital storytelling, branded content, and social media video formats/trends.
• Excellent sense of timing, visual composition, color grading, and audio integration.
• Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with contemporary heritage brands or food-sector storytelling is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
