Video Editor

About the role

We're looking for a videographer and video editor who can shoot and edit engaging product demonstrations, customer stories, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and podcasts.

Our team will provide content ideas, scripts and creative direction. You will handle shooting and editing, bringing each brief to life with clear visuals, clean audio and consistent branding.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot product demonstrations, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage and podcast recordings.
• Independently set up cameras or smartphones, lighting, microphones and backgrounds.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos with effective pacing, subtitles, music, graphics and clear sound.
• Repurpose longer recordings into shorter clips for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain Morecare's visual style, brand tone and consistency across videos.
• Use AI-assisted video tools to support production and improve editing efficiency.
• Meet deadlines, incorporate feedback quickly and manage multiple assigned videos.
• Organise raw footage, editable project files and final exports.

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of hands-on shooting and editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or an equivalent tool.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, audio and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with video formats for Instagram and YouTube.
• Ability to add and check Hindi and English subtitles.
• A fast-paced, organised working style with attention to detail.
• Understanding of how shooting and editing choices support a consistent brand identity.

Experience with podcast production, product videography and AI video tools is a plus.
